River Safari Map

Hello there! Have you ever heard of the River Safari in Singapore? If not, you're in for a treat because I just had the most amazing weekend trip there with my family and I can't wait to tell you all about it!

The River Safari is a relatively new attraction that opened in 2013 and it's located right next to the Singapore Zoo. The park is divided into several different sections, each showcasing a different river ecosystem and the animals that live there.

One of the highlights of the River Safari for me was the Giant Panda Forest. The park has two giant pandas, Kai Kai and Jia Jia, and they are absolutely adorable! We got to see them up close and personal as they munched on bamboo and played around in their enclosure. Fun fact: the River Safari is the only place in Southeast Asia where you can see giant pandas.

Another section of the park that we loved was the Amazon Flooded Forest. As soon as we walked in, we were transported to the Amazon rainforest with its lush greenery and flowing rivers. We saw a variety of animals here, including manatees, piranhas, and even an enormous anaconda!

The River Safari also has a section devoted to some of the most famous rivers in the world, including the Mississippi, Congo, and Nile rivers. We got to see some unique animals here, including the paddlefish and the African tigerfish.

One of the things that I loved about the River Safari is that it's not just about looking at animals. There are also several interactive exhibits that allow you to get up close and personal with some of the animals. We got to watch a feeding session with the giant river otters and even got to touch a stingray at the Amazon Flooded Forest exhibit.

Overall, the River Safari was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore. It's a great way to spend a day with your family, and you'll come away with memories that will last a lifetime.
